L\u00edb\u00ed se mi to jej\u00ed fitness slo\u017een\u00ed. Je to v\u00e1\u017en\u011b skv\u011bl\u00e9 a velmi chutn\u00e9. Jen je \u0161koda, \u017ee to v\u00ed opravdu m\u00e1lo lid\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad moje babi\u010dka o fitness strav\u011b nem\u016f\u017ee ani sly\u0161et. Ona m\u00e1 st\u00e1le za to, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk mus\u00ed b\u00fdt opl\u00e1can\u00fd a nikdy \u0161t\u00edhl\u00fd. V\u00edte pro\u010d? Proto\u017ee kdysi jako d\u00edt\u011b trp\u011bla hodn\u011b hlady, vlastn\u011b cel\u00e1 jej\u00ed rodina, tak to m\u00e1 asi n\u011bjak zak\u00f3dovan\u00e9, \u017ee j\u00edst se mus\u00ed v\u017edy a hodn\u011b. Ale j\u00e1 ji ch\u00e1pu. Fitness strava je vlastn\u011b u\u017e tak hodn\u011b obl\u00edben\u00e1 a taky \u010dast\u00e1, \u017ee se d\u00e1 koupit vlastn\u011b \u00fapln\u011b kdekoliv. Nav\u00edc fitness strava je taky hodn\u011b kvalitn\u011b nutri\u010dn\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1. Jsou tam obsa\u017eeny vlastn\u011b v\u0161echny nutn\u00e9 vitam\u00edny a miner\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 \u010dlov\u011bk pot\u0159ebuje. Ale taky bych tady cht\u011bla upozornit na jednu v\u011bc. I kdy\u017e jsou to fitness stravy, tak to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se t\u00edm budete cp\u00e1t od r\u00e1na do ve\u010dera. M\u00e1 to taky sv\u00e9 kalorie a fitness strava je na to docela vysok\u00e1. Ale v tom dobr\u00e9m smyslu. Tady fitness strava je hlavn\u011b pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed cvi\u010dit a cht\u011bj\u00ed m\u00edt velk\u00e9 svaly a m\u00edt pevnou postavu. To chci j\u00e1, tak\u017ee tuto stravu hodn\u011b vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1m. A mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee je v\u00e1\u017en\u011b velmi chutn\u00e1. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt formou drinku u\u017e hotov\u00e9ho nebo si ud\u011bl\u00e1te sv\u016fj z p\u0159ipraven\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku.
